From memory, to remove and reinstall a water pump in the UK is 2.2 hours for water pump only.

Is there anything else to replace apart of the rubber tubes and water pump sealing which I should know about ?
I do not want to ommit anything more..

I would replace the seals on the water pump for this and inspect the pump at the same time

Sorry to trouble you again.
I've spoken to the service in Poland, they had actually replaced the two external O-Rings of coolant pump, they did not replace the shaft seals (simmerings).
Do you think this would be enough, or shall I still go for the pump replacement ?.
