Coventry - Listers

Well sorry to say Ive been having a poor experience trying to get my warranty repair sorted that was logged in April. They dont reply to calls or emails.

I rate Justin very highly as the sales guy but the place isn't very customer focused once you've bought something.

Thanks, Matt - it is good to get another person's views. I've not had to deal with them yet on warranty repairs (fingers crossed that I won't have to...)
 
My experience with Coventry is if you go in (wish I had time for that), in person, they are great and will go the extra mile to help you. However if you call or email, don't expect a reply or call back unless its about sales.
