Ctrl+C and ctrl+v

It is this time again: Elba or Italy is calling for us. We are packed and ready to go. Thankful to have a camper, thankful to have gas/diesel and time to spend together. This in mind, grateful of what we have it tripples the joy planning of another trip. Keep you posted.

We've been Ctrl+Ving for the last decade. Works for us.

Ctrl+V is what I would love to do ... but with a wife who wants to see new places, Ctrl+V rarely happens ... or rather does not happen.

Ctrl+V just allows to unwind as it is a known place and you just go there to relax.

Just saw the first snow, well my wife did as she went ahead, across the Gotthardpass.

I joined her and our son in Lugano (TCS Camping) and we met our friends/travel companions for the next couple days.

Arrived in Scaglieri. Got a nice pitch and water is still warm.

View good as we remember it and people nice and friendly!

Made some Lasagne with 2 Omnia oven thi gs and it was delicious!

Visited Capoliveri today, nice town up the hill! Used our friends Beach to get there: lovely 5 seatcarWe ate in Porto Azzurro and had some great seafood pasta.

Well, busy after we got back I missed to update here: After 4 nights in Scaglieri we took the ferry back to Piombino and went to Poggio all'Agnello Sport and got 2 nice rooms for 2 nights. We mainly choose this place because of Tuscany Bike and the pumptrack. The hotel itself was a bit spooky, or offseason, although the rooms very big and size of a normal flat.
We went for a day trip with the Tuscany Bike and it was hard but every minute worth it. I can highly recommend to visit Matteo and his team, when staying in this area. And bring your big guns/emtb with you or not because I guess most of you are fitter than I am.

Beside we went for a some ice cream in Portoferraio at Massimos Place: Superb!
