We collected our new Cali on Monday. Tuesday morning the infotainment didn't switch on, not with the on/off button either. I've been through the book, but nothing obvious to resolve. Its probably my newness to it and a simple answer, can anyone help before I take a 80 mile round trip to VWCV?

Discover Media Pro blackscreen

Got in the van this morning and the big screen (Discover Media Pro) was black and I had a warning in the cockpit screen regarding traffic sign recognition not working. Tried in vain to get it back to life by locking/unlocking/starting with no success. Phoned Citygate Wooburn Green to book it in...
