Does the t6 Cali under seat drawer fit the t5 Cali?

Hello. My t5 cali is missing a drawer under the seat. I wanted to buy it, but as far as I understand the original new ones are no longer available and I can't find a used one anywhere. Maybe someone knows where I can buy used one?

Unfortunately they are different VW Part numbers.

Yes, I know that the part numbers are different, but with minor modifications or at best without the T6 drawer, it is possible to install it on the T5?

So using LLLParts.co.uk for parts diagrams

2004-11 T5 the Drawer without front is 7H7067461C

From 2012 T5 is 7E7067461A which was also the T6 part number and got replaced by 7E7067461E

The side runners have never changed (so mounting must be the same)

The front plastic panel changes so perhaps linked to the differences.

So if your T5 is 2012 onwards then T6 drawer should work

The last digit of the part number is the colour code for the plastic panel. Im not aware of any other differences over the years.

I agree, but there is definitely a part number change (regardless of colour) for the front panel with no replacement. Although the release handle doesn't change, so maybe something changed in the parts we can't see.

Can you look up the part number of the seat base that its fitted to? if that hasn't changed the drawer should fit. I'm wondering if the 2nd digit signifies that it comes with or without the front plastic panel, I seem to remember the part numbers for the 2nd smaller drawer changed along those lines.

Seat base changes a number of times, although one change does align with the drawer change.

The small drawer comes with the front and also you can buy the replacement front.

Large drawer only gets offered without front and the trim panel separate.

I would bet the T6 drawer would fit all of them, but that is a for the OP. Although if their van is 2012 onwards T6 will fit as it is the same part number.
