DSG Oil Change

can anyone advise on DSG gear oil change - I think I read somewhere it should be changed at 40k

I have just had mine done at 60k and it cost about £175 I was told it should be done at 40k but the last owner hadn't had it done. It seems a lot for an oil and filter change but it should keep things running smoothly
