E-Warranty Book?

Hello All,

We have just purchased our first Cali (2024 plate) - the world seems to have moved on since I bought my 2015 Touareg that had a physical warranty book - my garage kindly stamped the warranty book, gave me a print out of the service work that made me feel good about the money I just spent. If anyone can explain how the warranty system works with a more modern VW that will be great?

It’s all online on the VW system. You go in. They mark the online system. You go home. Usually with an invoice of any work was done out of warranty. I just had my last service plan service done. They gave me an invoice for the work but the “stamp” is digital.
