Hello to everyone.
I recently got my first t5.1 california van and i'm actually studying every single detail, and i got my first "trouble" :D
The previous owner decided to disable the electric door opening because he thoughts was too noise.
Actaully, i'm trying to re-plug the door unit but i cannot be able to unmount the inner side of the D chassis; i tried to find video or manual but nothing helped me...i tried also to use erWin but, idk why, when i add the VIN, it says that no documents were founded...
Could someone help me?
Is a 2015 version of T5.1

Thanks!

after a lot of attempts, I finally managed to remove the panel :)
the control unit is located behind the air conditioner (my van has tri-zone climate control), in a very difficult position to reach without dismantling many things.
I tried to check with my hands and all the cables seem to be connected correctly, but, magic, after touching a bit, the door started working again but intermittently.
at first it opened and closed, but when closing, as soon as the door was closed, it opened a little.
The errors reported by my mechanic, as soon as he got the van, were the following:
- 02356 - data transmission for the sliding door - electrical fault in the circuit
- 02366 - anti-crush device - open circuit
given the errors, I then decided to check the anti-crush sensors and use contact cleaner.
Now the door opens and closes, but only from the switch located on the dashboard and it flashes. It does not work from the internal and external levers.
The other strange thing is that now the on-board computer always shows the door closed, even when it is wide open.
I have already connected and disconnected fuse 40 under the driver's seat several times to reset the errors but nothing changes.
Can anyone help me?
