Hi does anyone know if I can safely use an electric kettle (12v car kettle) in a t6.1 beach tour (no hook up) while engine is off? Or would this blow a fuse or run down the leisure battery?
Thanks!

It’s bound to run the leisure battery down to a degree. It all depends how many times you want to boil a kettle. Once or twice isn’t going to hurt but many times without charging not a good idea.

From an energy point of view it's pretty hopeless. You have around 0.5kWh usable in your battery and it takes about 0.1kWh to heat a liter of water by 80 degrees. So enough energy to heat about 5 liters of water.
