feeling stupid: what does 'SE' stand for ?

VW usually have an 'S' (Standard Model) and a more Expensive SE (Special Equipment?) model when it comes to cars. The VW Golf S, normally had steel wheels, lower spec upholstery, radio, etc. The SE came with alloys, radio/CD, Multi-function computer etc. Maybe the Beach was the 'S' version but never called that.....

By the time they are spec'd, they are far from 'Standard'.

That can't be right - mine is an T5 Cali SE but has no front window in roof (much to grandson's disappointment!)

how strange I thought twas optional for Europe but part of UK RHD Cali SE spec ...

Mine also has no front window in bellows. I still have original bellows

Maybe it is now - mine's a 2007 van.
