Fitting a cabbunk

Yep as above I lowered both sides to their minimum and measured up against each pillar to see how much I wanted to take off. I think slide both upper parts out of the slower sleeve and cut then down. About 2cm on the left and 4 cm on the right. Lengths might vary so best measure up in place.

key is to get them nice and snug up against the bulkhead trim and Lowe enough that it’s away from the window blind on the door side.

Once fitted it seems to work well, I just won’t have too much kiddy jumping up and down on it, only because of the attachment to the hook, but for sleeping a great solution
