I think only applies in Germany.
My sticker was limited to June 2919. I asked my seller, here in Belgium, what I should do, and he replied that he did not know.
It’s a fair point - some lazy oik applied that sticker (not me).Never mind the sticker, why is your Cali upside down?
Actually my son and I were standing on our heads. It’s a fair point - some lazy oik applied that sticker (not me).
Yes, and a new gas hose and regulator required after 10yrs.It is a certificate that the gas system is good until the date displayed.
You don't have to check the gas system before june 2021.
After that date, or just before that date, you should need to have the gas system checked for leaks.
If everything is alright, you can receive a new sticker, with a new date (2 or 3 years?).
I thought some campsites in Germany will not allow you if your gas system is not checked.
Is this correct @westfalia?
Mines says somewhere in 2011 I think.
Oh, and the flexible hose from the gas bottle to the fixed line in the van has an expiry date too. There will be a label that says the expiry date.
This has to be changed before, or on that date.
This was the hardest sticker to remove EVER! Had to pick off a mm at a time. Took an hour. Damn itHi all. I presume this sticker has something to do with the gas system installation. Is there any need to display it?
Thanks![]()
