Grey tank not draining

Hello, I’ve read many threads on this subject and tried:
finger up the outlet pipe to create suction (worked a treat last year!)
Cable gently pushed up the pipe but it hits solid resistance, I think there’s a right hand bend somewhere
Hot soapy water down the sink
Jet from hose up the pipe with drain valve open (hose itself too big to fit)
Elsan fresh water tank cleaner

I have seen a way of taking things apart from the cupboard but this is beyond me.. sadly

I have also seen ideas of products to put down the sink and cautions too.. has anyone tried
Bicarbonate of soda
Elsan organic toilet chemicals
Mr muscle?

Any positive or negative outcomes?

Any tips on preventative maintenance? I throw all my washing up water away, only hand and teeth washing water goes down the drain.. I also use soft water to fill the water tank.

Any words of wisdom greatly appreciated

Simple thing first. Are you sure the drain tap is open? When you turn the handle does the valve spigot , to which the handle is bolted also turn?
