Heater Problems

Just collected my new Ocean and everything is great except for the parking heater. I can seem to get it to work. I've switched it on using the control panel tried turning it up to the max setting but nothing happens No hot, cold or other air comes out of the vents. The control panel shows no errors so I'm at a but if a loss. Is there something I've missed or some easy fix i can look for or is it going to have to be a warranty repair? There's about 16 litres of fuel left and I'm assuming the leisure batteries are fully charged after collecting it and driving 150 miles.

Which vents?
The parking heater only feeds a single vent at the base of the drivers door pillar.
There is also slight delay before it starts up, whilst the heater unit fires up.
I found the manual most confusing on the panel operation, so it took me a while to suss it.

May need more fuel - I think 16 litres is too low

Pretty sure on the T6 the heater works unless the fuel warning light is on, but would have to recheck the manual, and that's on its way to Preston with Mrs S (no I didn't get as far as opening the front door to get it... I remembered when I couldn't find the keys.. it is early!)

The T5 Cali needs 17L min for the heater to run. Can't imagine the T6 is any different.

On mine it appears to be blowing air not drawing air

OK... Yes, I forgot the forward facing out vent on the pillar - it was an early morning post... The other is the air-intake.
In my reply I was wondering whether the OP had expected air out of the regular vents.
