how can I raise the roof if there is an oil leak and the roof doesn't even raise 1inch

hi, i was experiencing roof problems but they got worst, when I try to raise the roof the pump works but doesn't lifts it ,some days before that, I saw a leak in one hose but now I can't get to that problem,I already unscrewed the pressure screw to lower the roof and try to do it manually , but it doesn't move, does any one knows the procedure to raise it with out pump power.

I would have thought you could not raise the roof without any oil, the lowering is for emergaany lower to get you on the road hope.
