Pressing the remote twice has exactly the same effect no need to use the menus

I was hoping that by setting it once it would be like the old button on the B pillar, once set always forgotten… but not so…

Well I guess that's intentional and understandable. You are disabling one of the security features after all. I think I'd rather it operated that way, other wise I'd turn it off for a specific reason and forget to re-enable. Thanks for the update. Good to know
