Issues with t6.1

Hi all.

I bought a new California Ocean 4motion, 200hp last September.

Last February it didn't start. Key in, nothing, no lights, no reaction. The van was dead.

The dealer towed it and said it was a software fault that had emptied all the batteries.

3 months later, same thing. A new software has apparently been uploaded that makes sure batteries aren't linked anymore.

I picked it up today, and straight away the brakes felt totally wrong. I ll have to take it back tomorrow...

Has anyone experienced such issues with the new model?

What kind of recourse do I have? Can I ask for a replacement? It seems a right lemon.

I just don't trust the van anymore.
