Kitchen strip light above cooker replacement

Hi,

I have just removed the strip light to check the connection, which is fine, but I am having a problem putting it back in, as it is a tight fit. I slide it in from right to left, but it is the right side that I am struggling with. I don’t want to force it, and then have to replace the light. can Anyone offer some useful advice please.

Often the case. People complain about the fragility of some of the fixture and fittings but sometimes they can be a b****r to remove or replace. Well done.

It’s not easy but I just really pushed hard on it, and I clunked back into position. I was in two minds how hard to push on it, but glad it’s sorted now. Good luck
