Miffed: Loading User Profile

2023 Cali Ocean 6.1 150 - just under 3,000 miles

I picked our van up from Breeze Poole at about 5pm today, where it had spent two days having the hydraulics bled following uneven lowering of the roof.

Got in the van, plugged my phone in, and set off to an appointment in Southampton. The screen said 'Loading User Profile' with a spinning wheel, which I expected would resolve itself in a minute or two - leaving me with CarPlay for satnav.

Nope.

When I got to Southampton an hour later the media screen was still saying the same thing. A search on this forum, and I tried a couple of reboots, and then the 'press the SOS button and then cancel it' trick.

Nothing.

Five hours later, and I've still got 'User Profile Loading'.

No music. No phone connection. No maps. No settings menu. Couldn't use ACC...

Any ideas before I phone Breeze tomorrow? I don't really want to disconnect the battery, and I really don't want to waste any more time and money taking it to the dealer again in so short a time...
