We have developed a new set of worktop protectors they are made from aluminium covered dubond with a brushed stainless finish. Available in about 2 weeks. Unlike the stainless steel ones we will be able to post these

Good find. PayPal acceptance would be a welcome addition to the standard online shop!

Got and installed my set of the 3-part alu protectors. Look very good but there are two negatives.

One: the sticky pads that glue the protectors to the worktops are very visible when the lid is up:

It would be nice if these pads were transparent rather than white.

Two: the brushed aluminium effect looks great but one of the three covers has the brush stripes in a different direction than the other two. Difficult to see on a photo but very visible in daylight. Maybe the people who cut the DiBond should look at that when they make their next batch.

Otherwise: I'm a happy camper!

Haven’t glued them, have bought some clear double tape from online, don’t use Amazon once I found out how they treat traders & staff.

New delivery of worktop protectors arrived this week for both original and split worktops, we are still supplying these with the white pads but we realise some people are sourcing their own transparent ones which can be picked up for around a pound for a pack, some people have even used small dabs of blutac which also works a treat

Finally made a pic of the problem with the uneven brushed aluminium effect as mentioned above. Really not a pretty sight. Would appreciate a replacement for the sink cover!

This looks like a rogue unit as I have never seen this before, I am really sorry.
These come pre packaged from the manufacturer, if you can drop us an email/call us we will obviously get this sorted for you.
