Nothings gone wrong with my Cali this week.

The force 9 and built in power wash did the job admirably..... head for the worst weather you can find...

Now now children, play nicely!

Bit spikey these T5ers ;)

We've just got out of ours to beautiful sunshine and more walking to be done in Wharfdale. Again, nothing has fallen off or exploded in the night (not just me but the van too)

Well I've just emailed Guy at the VW place in Preston (where we got ours from) asking for a very keen price on a 150. We shall see.

Guy is very helpful, I'm popping in to see him on Monday, after dropping Mum off

Helpful when buying but we got zero follow up which was a bit strange.

you don't whinge enough,

If you didn't own a cali then you will have the freedom to whinge about it,

It seems cali owners smile, those without a Cali join the forum to moan about it ...

strange dynamic really...
Not true. Us T6 buyers are positive & excited. Not a cali owner yet but soon to be. Yahoo .....

Which Carrs? Indian Queens did not impress me with their paint ruining and failure to diagnose an issue for nine weeks but they don't actually sell them.

I shouldn't have started this thread, the lens has disappeared from my high level brake light!

Have read on here that it should be a warranty job, only problem is finding a time to get it to a dealer, I'm working on a project in the City only 200m from a vw dealership but they only deal with cars. All the van dealers are shut when I'm available. I might just buy a replacement by mail as its cheaper & more convenient than having an unpaid morning off work ( the joys of being freelance) , but need to look how difficult the actual replacement is.

I've put some clear tape over the LEDs as it looks like water might get into the boot otherwise.

I put duct tape over mine and then forgot about it for a few months. Thankfully i reminded myself when i smashed the back window so had it replaced at the same time.

Been using mine to get rid of all the plastic gutter and facia boards as my builder is replacing them all with PVC and new gutters.Put a 12x8ft plastic sheet over everything inside and off we went. No problems and everything working fine.:thumb

The lamp still glows red so I ignored it for months ..

Bit of an embarrassment though telling the Dealers that I needed a new red lamp :(

I have just completed a 400 mile trip with my friend to a 40th birthday in the lakes. Traffic was awful but we were happy in the Cali nice and comfortable with a fridge full of cold beverages.

Yes some of them were beers but they were for later.

Slept really well and refreshed for the drive back.

What other car can do that.
