Off side rear electric door

Hope there some clear advice please. Not had the 2012 caravelle long but great apart from off side sliding rear door partially closes and the stops and returns to the fully open position. It seems to close if pressure is applied to the door when closing to assist it. Any quick fixes would be appreciated.

My Caravelle used to do that sometimes if parked on a slope eg two wheels on the kerb, two wheels off. See also this thread which might help. https://vwcaliforniaclub.com/threads/sliding-door-operation.3872/
