Does anyone know whether this is metal or plastic pls. It is surprisingly flexible. 'Er indoors has put a modest inch long scratch down the middle of it and I am wondering what to do about it.

The panel is not dented, but I think the scratch has penetrated through the lacquer and paint.

:help Forget about it ? Treat it to a proper respray at body shop, for whom this would be a very easy job ? Is there a Decent DIY solution to this ? I always thought that the paint pens were a little crude.

:thanks

Definitely metal - as the guy who bashed out my dent can testify. I would have thought one of the mobile body shops would make a good job of it and they're good value

Yes indeed, tend to agree.

For this type of thing, our local "Chips Away" has done extremely good work on a number of our cars and vans. (Despite being a chap called Tony Blair! ;) )

You could try dents inc they offer vip members 25% off worth a call :thumb
