I have been caught out before. Often in the small print there are inclusion/exclusion clauses.

Typically variable. So 3yrs and 36k could equate to one service. The BMW we had came with a 5yr service pack which due to the fact it was serviced by BMW at 12months before being sold on threw it out of sync and we did very well out it. (managed two services, one inspection an two fluid changes)

On the PHEV we have bought the service pack which includes the first 3 services
