Ramps and handbrake Q

We’re off this weekend and staying in a field for the first time. I’ve got the Thule ramps but just wondering how ramps work in terms of spinning the driver seat round - is 1st gear enough to stop it dropping down whilst turning the seat? Any insight appreciated

That was my assumption.

I use these blocking chocks to stop the Cali rolling back. No problem releasing the handbrake and losing position.
