Sat Nav Touch Screen - letters won't press/activate

In my T6 - when I try to put addresses in my sat nav - some of the letters won't work when I touch them - so for example I can not press 'O' (but there are other letters I cant press as well). Has anyone else had this problem - and is there an easy fix - or will I need to take it into a garage?

Not an uncommon problem. Your garage will say you need a new unit at £1500 +, or you can get it fixed for about £250 or if you are able a DIY repair for less than £50.

Just had my discover media repaired at Satnav Systems in Surbiton, The unit had the common digitizer fault. Great service highly recommend if you don't want to go to main dealer
