Screen wash low level indicator light

I’m struggling to find out if my 2023 beach is supposed to display a symbol in the instrument cluster when the screen wash level needs topping up? When driving down the motorway recently the screen wash ran out completely yet there were no warnings on the display? Does anyone know if this is an option or standard and I have a fault? The manual suggests a yellow symbol should light up when low.

I would have thought it should have all cars in recent years have had this feature. On an Ocean, the light comes on with the other lights when you turn the key before going out. To inform you it is working.

Many thanks for the reply. I have subsequently established (somewhat surprisingly) that it is an optional extra to have the washer fluid low level indicator!
