Side door not unlocking, where to get it fixed in W Yorkshire

So my side door won't unlock with the central locking, only from the inner handle. Carista is showing three errors on door sensors and the car is still under warranty, so a need to get it to a VW service centre, any advice for the best in West Yorkshire?

Scouring the forums I can find a few happy with Cleckheaton, and a few moans at the Leeds one, anyone had any different experiences?

I have the same issue on my T5 from 2012. If I push the key to unlock the central locking a second time it usually works after that, but not always. Did you find out the reason and how to fix it?

I took it to the VW Van Centre in Cleckheaton and they fixed it under warranty, replaced part of the lock AFAIK. When you say if you press it a second time, do you mean two clicks unlocks it? That's how mine is configured, i.e. one click unlocks the driver door, the second click unlocks the passenger/side door/boot. My problem was that it was not even working.
