Why is this better than a 20€ hook for the tailgate so that the tailgate shuts and locks leaving an inch all around for ventilation?

When doing that mosquitos are coming in and water are coming in when its raining.

Water is certainly not coming in, I've tried. And as I said in post #24 with a screen also no mosquito

Sliding window cannot be used when in place.

It's the top for a van to campervan conversion where it takes the VW panoramic front canvas opening design to a full panoramic view.
