Hi all
I have been trying to put Smilies on messages that I reply to or post ,-- but can't seem to do it.
What is the secret???? ________ Desktop PC running XP professional Google Chrome. All I get is a code like this
posting.php?mode=post&f=5#
Thanks
Richard

further to my post, I dragged and dropped the confused Smilie into the mesage, this is what came up in my first post posting.php?mode=reply&f=5&t=6032#
and this is what I see when I viewed it on my previous post
posting.php?mode=post&f=5#
and this is what I see when I drag and drop the Confused Smilie on my post
posting.php?mode=reply&f=5&t=6032#
I copied and pasted the last one via Notepad
I get more and more confused.
Richard

Richard ,

I am the worst one ever when it comes to techie geeky things.

My comment "what is a smilie". Was rather close to the bone in my case. It took me years to understand what they were. i cannot use smart phones, only dim phones and if there is not a slot to put the coal in then I struggle.
