Sniff of exhaust fumes in cabin VW T6 2016

Hello,

We recently bought a second hand VW T6 California Ocean, buil 2016. We do have guarantee for this second-hand car. When driving, we notice sometimes a sniff of exhaust fumes in the cabine. It happens when starting cold, but also sometimes when driving with an already warm engine. It's only a little, but a little too much, so we asked to have it checked.

What should be looked for? Any tips?

Had that recently - 2017 T6 Beach.

Fixed under warranty.

So It was indeed a crack in the EGR cooling pipe. It's fixed under warranty by the seller!
