I had a lot of difficulty getting the cable through into the top of the cupboard/wardrobe. Roger's installation notes, and further guidance, don't square with what I can see through the hole once the grommet is out. The info in the attached photos may already be in the forum, but I couldn't find them.
This photo is looking through the hole from the outside and the arrow shows the hole in the second inside metal skin where the cable goes in. In my case, this hole is blocked by a soft plastic air duct and I had to use a fishing wire with a rounded end to avoid snagging or holing the duct and to get up over the top of it.
This photo is looking up to the top of the cupboard and shows where the cable comes out.
I hope this might be of assistance if anyone else has the same problem.
