Please if you know where the fuse is the one that controls the water pump and the outside step. Please send a message if you have any idea how to fix it

Are you sure that the fuse has gone? Might be worth unplugging the blue plug for 10 seconds first, see if it resets it.

Hello, where is the blue plug?I'm trying this idea too. The problem is probably not a fuse because neither the water pump works, nor the interior lights, nor the exterior lights above the door, nor the battery charging button and the outside step.So many things can't be on one fuse. I didn't know what to do anymore and I dismantled the step because it wouldn't close anymore and so I couldn't travel 1000 km home.

Look up under the dashboard from the front left side of the cab and you should see these plugs. The blue plug is srrowed in the photo. On a RHD vehicle this is the passenger side, on a LHD it’s the drivers side.

Did you also try turning the red switch in the electrical cupboard on and off?

Thank you very much for the advice, after reconnecting the blue plug the car came back to life and everything seems to be fine. I think the manufacturer should include this procedure in the user manual, this way it would avoid the dissatisfaction and disappointment of many users.

Glad you got everything sorted.
