Steering stiff!

On my SE 180 the steering appears stiff/ vague at times. This has happened just recently after a tyre pressure warning light came.
Have reset tyres to correct pressures and I check them regularly. No issues there. Monitor reset.
The steering doesn't feel as smooth as it used to be and feels heavier.
Could it be tracking?

Could be. Why did just 1 tyre drop its pressure? Was that wheel curbbed?

If it's a tracking issue then it'll be pulling to one side.
Let go of the wheel on a straight flat road and press the brakes. It should stay straight. If it pulls to one side then it's pressures or tracking.
Also, if the tracking is out then the steering wheel won't be pointing dead ahead when you're driving in a straight line.

Checked pwr streering fluid level?

Sounds to me like power steering problem, fluid, pump, etc?
