Prosciutto missing in the first attempt with the "melone" as already mentioned.
Wine improvement in the second attempt, but salami cut too thick. You could have tried toasting slightly the bread on a pan, then rub a bit of onion on the bread before putting other ingredients on top.
Other than that, it looks like you are set to have a very nice time. Enjoy!
