Tailgate lights

Hi I have a couple of 2017 T6 questions.

1. How do I turn the LED lights on located in the tailgate.
2. In my manual it shows a rotary adjustment switch for adjusting the headlight height. It should be next to the switch for adjusting the dashboard lights but I only have the dashboard switch and not the lights. My van has the lights and vision package so is this why there is no adjustment for the headlights. Are they automatic?
3. My rear seat makes a ratcheting sound when being moved forward. Is this normal?

1. Open tail gate - the pillar to your right hand side has a little black switch on it. To dim/brighten keep finger depressed. Same as the under unit light on your kitchen.
2.Do you have LED head lights or not. They should be self adjusting

Good afternoon,

To number 3. If I move the bench and hear this ratechrting sound it means I have not lifted the black handle high enough. If I do this properly the bench moves without any sound.

Dont move the bench from the side. Sit in the middle and "walk" it along.
