To swivel or not to swivel

Dealer said it was a non-swivel and also states in the dealer spec - same for all the other LHD 4-motions we have seen so far.

I pick up a Camperboy rental this weekend (like Roadsurfer) and from the instruction videos also looks like driver seat is fixed. Will ask them.
