Travel insurance

Our annual European travel insurance is up for renewal. Does anyone have any particular recommendations? Is there anything specific to traveling in a campervan that is not part of normal travel insurance (given that the vehicle insurance covers European travel)?

Might be worth checking out here. Vehicles over 11 yrs attract an additional premium as does European Travel. I have NO experience of this provider.
