Unknown key

Hi, I've not long picked up my T5 California and was wondering if anyone knows what the small key in the picture was for, as the dealer is unsure?

External water filler cap?
Bike rack key?
Roof bar/rack key?

Only 2 extra keys mine has are for the Water Cap and the Bike Carrier.

One other possibility is ‘safe’ key if you have one installed in the van.

Hi, there's no water cap and it's an official VW bicycle rack but can't see where a key would go. There is no rook bars and am unsure if there is a safe in the California (Beach) - where would this normally be?

Looks like it´s for the lockable bar for the bike rack.
Or it´s the last owners front door key.

Yes it does. The lock is on the longest arm.
