Hello, I found two each of the following in my new to me T6 ocean. The bar is hexagonal and the straight piece has machined gearing.. Can anybody shed some light onto what they are ? They look unused and come with some otgee plastic bits and bobs ..

Have you a bike rack.? They may be the tools that tighten the bolts and are designed to not over tighten. Like a torque wrench

I have just procured a oem tailgate bike rack .. but these are not for that.. would these perhaps be for a tow bar mounted bike rack ?

You've got me there. Roof rack? It looks certainly like a tightening tool for something. It's nothing to do with the van itself .

There’s a bloke in a factory in Hannover scratching his head because he cannot for the life of him remember where he put those really useful specialist tools.

Looks like parts off a dog guard fixes to head rest serrated part and knob to set guard angle. Hex bar rather than round to make secure fit against grip fixing.
