I’m probably behind the curve here but I’ve just stumbled on a Ryobi 2-port USB charger that uses the Ryobi One+ battery system. I have a number of Ryobi devices so already have a couple of batteries and thought it’s worth putting them in the Cali when going away. Useful for charging phones, tablets, etc rather than depleting the Leisure batteries when off grid. I believe Dewalt also have a similar device.

Or use a battery bank, easier to put in your pocket if you are out and about. You can top up the charge whilst driving.

The amount of power used to charge a phone, tablet etc is tiny. I really would not worry about it.
