Hi,
There seem to be a multitude of cheap gps trackers on ebay that rely on gps and phone sim to locate the vehicle should it be stolen.
My son has something similar on his iphone that when he goes off road cycling we can use our computer to track his route by tracking his iphone and know where he is should he fall off or have a problem with his bike.
Has anyone fitted one of the cheap trackers---if so which one and are they any good.
Would a cheap mobile phone hidden in the vehicle and connected to the leisure battery do the same thing ?
Am off to Europe next week and just thought I would fit one just in case as a cheap back up should the van be stolen.
Thanks
