Sorry for blurred photo but the most amazing firework display staying on the ccc site at Chichester today. Do t know why but a big party going on! Unfortunately I was the wrong side of the hedge

Fireworks is useles anyway : expencive , dangerous , not good for envirement and animals....same on those paper balloons with candles ....

Agree about fireworks in general and thankful I didn't have my dogs with me because they hate them.
But just for once something rather magical standing beside my beloved Cali and watching the rainbow of colours in the sky...

Someone let fireworks off near our house a couple of weeks ago. Dog is still terrified. We have to go away in Nov as we live in town & she is so scared, I'm worried she will have a heart attack. Won't go out at present...

I have a confession to make though. We didn't actually sleep in the Cali. Sorry!

It was a long weekend we booked ages ago in a hotel with some friends. We were going to go in the car but in the end we were glad we used the Cali, we were able to take loads of stuff and weren't reliant on finding cafes. And it was so comfortable and quiet.
