To be fair, he has got a point … the Cali’s burners are a little “form over function”. One large and one small burner ring would be much more practical / useful … but amazingly since getting my first ever van last June I haven’t lost any sleep over it.
I guess owning Apple products for years has acclimatised me to this thinking

Also, again being fair, the issue was thoroughly dissected in every which way, and numerous solutions were proposed.
Yet at no point, from memory, (I cannot bring myself to look back through the thread) did this make the slightest bit of difference.
That said, I do hope that the OP is still with us on the forum, and hopefully now enjoying his Cali, foibles and all.
