Collecting my MY24 Ocean from the dealers in early Jan. I’ve had an email from EV containing the VIN and instructions as to how to activate We Connect services and the We Connect app. However, I’m aware that this will be replaced shortly so downloaded the newer(?) Volkswagen app and registered it as far as I’m able to without being in the vehicle. I’ve also downloaded the California on Tour app which I can see has some useful functionality. I hope all will be clearly explained and demonstrated by the dealer when I collect, but grateful for confirmation I’ve done all I can in preparation.
