I had my California in for its first service this week..
From booking in to receiving it back, I had a great experience with the team at Hawco Inverness, professional, very friendly and the price on the quote.
They also provided a welcome paper service summary sheet for my records as its electronic service book.
I hope this service continues but the google reviews seem to suggest it will.

Another good experience from the team at Hawco in Inverness, the UK most northerly VW Van centre covering the highlands.

I was going to go to 5yrs on cam belt belt but they offered a competitive price of £600 inc vat. That compares well with local indy and Edinburgh vw specialist quotes, the web price was £870.
Came away feeling its an fair dealer, no obvious attempts to upsell or look for unnecessary work and part of the reason I go back.
