Want to order a Cali but no delivery until Spring 2016????

Hello I am new to the forum, I went into our local VW dealer in Leicester last week to order a new T6 California only to be told delivery is not until next March at the earliest??? Surely this can't be right? The dealer said he had taken 16 orders last week for T6 Cali's. We were planning to do a spring tour of Europe but we are scared the delivery will end up being summer rather than spring

I am not surprised given the interest in t6, there has always been a build time , the nature of the beast unless you go for a pre registered t5
