Thank you. I was asking anyone out there. All done now. It was the back part of the seat, just needed a little more brute strength. Looks good now all done.

O yeah, thanks, not looked there. I don't think they were available when I got mine

I don't wash.

Together with the carrier bag hanging off each arm and wearing my most worn-out trainers I am usually directed to the local "village municipal" centre where I can be offered a shower, a hot meal and a choice rummage through a charity clothes bag

Sounds like the perfect day out!

After a day in the mountains a shower is so good, we use a tailgate tent (home made) and a 12v submersible pump shower plugged in the rear socket, just fill a basin with nice warm water.
