Waste water take gauges not working

I have got a 2018 ocean just out of warranty and the waste water gauge has just stopped working. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be a fuse or sensor somewhere? Any advice greatly received as i will only put it into VW at the last resort. Thanks

Has it "Just" stopped working?

With most the sensor only blinks into life when the tank is full. With my last two Cali's I never once saw the sensor move!

After 16 days away I flushed the tank through with fresh water and filled it to the top. The tank has not been registering anything for the whole of the 16 days I have been away. I have been emptying the tank every now and again.

Yes it only show empty or full what a joke .We thought is was broke so took it to VW and they confirmed this
