Water in boot??

Just an update on this in case anyone else has had the same issue - our van has been thoroughly water tested at the dealer and no leaks have been found - so the source of the rain ingress is still a mystery. Window drains all working fine. As it’s only in one corner of the boot and is intermittent we are going to live with it and put a tea towel there! Not ideal but preferable to speculatively taking bits of the van apart.

You could consider getting a cheap camera (on batteries for example) and placing it in the van pointing towards the spot where you find the water. You could also point it toward the tailgate or any other spot you guess the water could be coming from. Place it just before you expect serious rain (seeing you're in the UK, just start now ;))

That should be able to tell you where the water comes form and what parts will need replacing.

Thanks, that's not a bad idea.

This is my water ingress. MY23 Coast. Not brake light. More likely tailgate seal and the drips appear along the length of the trimView attachment 110162. Def not as much as yours though and only appears when it rains.
Hi, we have the same problem, drips of water at the top, dripping down when raining (not always). Have you found a cause and/or solution? This weekend we found out that the outdoor seats in the boot were also wet at one side (sorry for my English, I don't always know the right words in English).
Thanks!

I had the same problem, but out of warranty. They replaced the tailgate brake light: €136.
